Domingo is a serial entrepreneur with a diverse background in Real Estate Development, Finance, Fintech, Cleantech, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies. He currently serves as Co-Founder, Head of Growth & Strategy at Zada Enterprises Inc.

Domingo’s focus is centered on growth of Zada and growth alone. He works closely with the partners to develop the organization’s plan for overcoming current and future challenges to realize its goals for expansion.​He is fully immersed in growth strategy goals including increasing market share and revenue, acquiring assets, and improving the organization’s products or services.


Peter Hann


Peter has over 25 years of experience in global financial markets, including 10 years as head foreign exchange trader at ATB Financial, as well as 8 years at the Bank of Canada, where he was a senior fixed-income trader managing Canada’s foreign reserve assets.

Peter is an expert in Treasury risk management, including activities such as managing interest rates, foreign exchange and commodity risk, cash management activities such as cash flow modeling, settlements, and payments, operational risk assessment such as fraud and money laundering, and is also skilled in governance administration.

Peter has a B. Comm in Accounting/Finance from Queens, a Master of Science in International Finance from UBC, and is a CFA charter holder.


Ryan Hounjet


As a Business Banking Consultant, Ryan works with businesses to help them optimize their banking services, and perhaps more importantly, better understand how to prepare for interactions with their bank to get the most out of the relationship.

Ryan worked as a Commercial Banker with Scotiabank, specializing in structuring credit facilities ranging from $2-25million across a range of lending facilities including Property and Equipment loans, Lines of Credit, Letters of Credit, Hedging and Derivatives. Ryan was recognized twice with Scotiabank’s “Best of the Best” award as one of the department’s top performers.

Uriah Kane


As part of his financial planning consulting practice, Uriah engages in highly technical discussions with accountants and lawyers, as part of his role to help facilitate advanced corporate tax planning strategies for clients he has the pleasure of working with.

Uriah’s primary objective is to help business owners, entrepreneurs, and incorporated professionals grow their wealth, reduce taxes, fund their retirements, and maximize their estates and financial legacy.

Uriah graduated from Mount Royal University in Calgary in 2003, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Policy Studies (a multi-disciplinary focus in Economics and Political Science), with a minor in Spanish.
